Scope of Work: The City of Mount Holly seeks fabrication and installation of a Digital Message Welcome Sign. The sign location might be located at 613 South Main St, Mount Holly, NC. A digital rendering of the sign brought forth from our Way finding Sign Master Plan is included. Fabrication notes are found within this Master Plan and shall be used for the construction of this sign. We request that any deviation from this master plan shall be documented and signed off by the City. We are seeking to remotely change the digital message from an office location within Mount Holly. The City expects to add additional signs in the future and seeks software that allows additional signs with one click push notifications. The vendor shall assist in the initial setup and initial messages. The vendor shall provide on site training and documentation. The vendor shall supply ongoing user and technical support for a minimum of (1) year. The Vendor will provide a (2) two year service and warranty policy on all components of the system including equipment, services, and software purchased under this contract.

Scope of Work: The City of Mount Holly, NC (City) is seeking proposals for a transformative, mixed-use catalyst project from interested developers, to be located on a 4.808-acre site, within Historic Downtown Mount Holly. The City's intent is to foster and encourage a signature mixed-use project for Mount Holly and the region, while retaining a 2.28-acre adjacent assemblage of land for a park and related amenities.
