Please know that the City of Mount Holly is acutely aware of the negative impacts that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on you and your respective employees. Small businesses are the heartbeat of the American economy, and this especially rings true in the City of Mount Holly. Therefore, a City Task Force has already been formed to explore all available remedies to local businesses in Mount Holly.

Luckily, there are other agencies outside of the City that are trying to address the issue as quickly and as best as possible. The Mount Holly Task Force is reviewing the relative information and hopes to provide the proper and appropriate details that can lead to necessary decisions that will help to improve the dire straits of the small business community. We are working as efficiently and quickly as possible given the current circumstances.

As the task force prepares the necessary documentation for any decisions that our elected officials may face, please refer to the following valuable resources:

A Message from the Mayor

Mayor Bryan HoughCome join us for a stroll down Mount Holly's brick-lined sidewalks or bike over to enjoy one of the last remaining stretches of undeveloped, natural riverbank on the Catawba in the Metrolina. Garrison Keillor once said that some luck lies not in getting what you thought you wanted but getting what you have. Come see what we have, it is something special. — Mayor Bryan Hough
